I agree with this however the Republicans need to play this safe. They run the risk of making Holder look sympathetic as pathetic as that is.

Unfortunately, I feel the same way. Which sucks. All I've heard for the last 4 years is a parade of excuses and blame placing. Maybe this is deep enough he won't be able to pull out of it by passing the buck. This guy seriously has to be one of the top 5 worst Presidents in our history.

It doesn't constitute it, but a Republican controlled House might find a way to warrant an impeachment proceeding. Without overwhelming evidence, good luck getting Senate Democrats to sign on to a conviction.
