Fantastic law that we never should have needed in the first place. Much respect to Indiana.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

I bet the cops in Indiana are going to have an amazing attention to details.

I was 12 in 92 - If I remember correctly, I got the "banned" version from someone at school. Apparently I've got the edited version on cd as it shows up in my music library on this computer.

WTF does he have anything to do with it? He can't introduce bills to the state legislature, and last I checked, he signed the Castle Doctrine into law.

I dont claim to know jack about gubment but it seems he could go before them and "suggest" it sort of like the prez does with congress . Maybe he could throw what weight that he does have around, to try and get it done .

Something like "Maybe you guys draw up and pass this bill... maybe I check yes on something else yall want"

If a cop has the ability to shoot you, you should have the ability to shoot a cop. That's not an American right, that's a human right. Chances are, if somebody shoots a cop, they're doing something wrong and it would've happened regardless of this revision.

“Somebody is going get away with killing a cop because of this law.”

Problem is a citizen exercises this right he/she will be far more fucked for life than what Zimmerman is facing.

If anyone shoots a cop they most likely won't live beyond the encounter. Fact is that as soon as shots are fired it's going to escalate, they're going to throw everything they have at the house, and people are going to die.

The cops aren't just going to back off and let it go, of this we can all be certain.

It's not the same thing, and he can't really do that. In Texas, the Lieutenant Governor has all the power. The Governor has very little real power.
