Due to redistricting, we lost several of our local polling places. The voting places that we lost were all in well to do, semi-conservative areas that generally all vote the same.
We did keep three that are all in the "other" side of town, which inhabits folks that are more concerned with welfare than the good of America.
Two of the polling places are less than 2 miles apart. All 3 of the places are more than 13 miles away from me and nearly 20 miles away from the polling place that the majority of people from this side of town have used for many decades.
I know the mileage isn't far, but the principle of the matter has me irritated.
