That's a bunch of bullshit. The guy actually committing the crime is the one who carries the vast majority of the responsibility. The others may be enabling him but that is pretty much irrelevant in my eyes. None of that will stop trublugt from blaming someone else of course, that is his answer to everything when it comes to the police being held accountable.

Where did I say the person doing it should not be accountable? I'm only saying things need to be revamped from the top/down, bottom/up. You choose, I don't really care which way.

Execute the guy/gal doing it - but if management is encouraging/making them do it - then it'll just continue.

thats what happens when you have nothing to hide.
          you have everything to lose.

ohhh damn looks like im too late. trublu showed up to debase this obvious JBT thread yet again , by yet again.... displacing blame.
when a cop tries to take my legit 10K+ , ill tell him he isn't .
If he tries to , I would stop him.

I can't wait until the day everyone is fighting with the cops. that day is approaching.

No, blame the cop and solely the cop in this case. He was on a traffic stop and exercised his discretion... poorly.

                what's that mexico ? I can't hear you ?
we ignore the countries leaders just south of us that tell us publically the war on drugs is a complete failure.

the us has a monetary stake in keeping this going, or it would have ended long ago.

captain search-your-car will deny that , but he is just a fucktard that knows no better

Are you aware of any confiscations of cash within your department for "alleged" drug activity, with no evidence found nor charges brought up?

And if so, do you have a problem with that?

I used to make frequent trips to NC for two years to pickup parts/engines/etc and I'm pretty-sure I know exactly where this is happening on I-40. There's Tahoes that sit in the median with spotlights aimed at the license plates of oncoming cars. These Tahoes are solid black and have Police on the side with "DRUG ENFORCEMENT" underneath that. When they see an out-of-state plate, they will get behind the vehicle and run the plate. I'm only assuming it's to see the driver's criminal history. I'd be willing to bet that if some drug arrests popped-up, you'd be getting pulled-over. I know one of them had the spotlight pointed at the plate on my GMC truck, I wasn't speeding, just had it on cruise in the right lane, and he pulled onto the highway and followed me for a couple miles. I was somewhat nervous since all I had was a change of clothes and little else with me. I guess when he ran the tags and saw that ol' Matt Blansett was clean, he made a u-turn and went back to his fishing hole. If anyone else has been through TN on I-40, you've probably seen them, and I don't think I've ever gone by and not seen someone pulled-over.

^^^^^^^ see doing nothing wrong yet was nervous maybe because deep inside law enforcement has shown to do bad things to good people. I have never trusted an officer in uniform for reasons just like this people being robbed at gun point the only difference between this and the guy walking into a 7-11 with a gun on his hip and stealing the cash is the tin badge is missing from his chest.
