Don't forget that Ford or Chevy will plug into that box when you bring your new Mustang or Camaro in for warranty work. They'll see you've been running it to redline a lot and say you were racing and voided your warranty!

Yea right. If you asked them to help you, they would give you some line like, "We're too busy", "We don't have the ability to do that", or "That's not our responsibility".

That's when you download a montage of all the Mustang advertisements over the years, with them drifting it sideways and boiling the tires, and take them them to small claims.

Maybe I missed it, but where in the article does it say the black box has gps?

It'll suck even more if the insurance companies get their mitts on it, and use it to determine how you drive, i.e. recklessly or like a little old lady, and use that info to either give you a decent rate, or rape you with an extremely high one....

This essentially is what progressive's "snapshot" device does.

No need. Standard .016mil aluminum foil will attenuate ~1GHz GPS signals down to nearly nil.

A record number of people renounced their US citizenship last year. Which is what I am assuming you will be doing, since if you don't you'll still have to pay taxes on your income.

I'll still be in the US and a citizen, but exempt from Federal Income Tax.

Only two places in the US have this exemption. They are territories, like Puerto Rico.
