  • America as we have known it

Composed by Francis Scott Key, "In Defense of Fort McHenry" in September 1814. Congress proclaimed it the U.S. National Anthem in 1931
Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

With National Healthcare we will be the land of the free on longer. This President and the Democrat congress with the few Republican traitors that vote with them will force the people of the United States to buy many other things for the supposed common good.

When the land of the free is no longer, and all there's left is the home of the brave. How long will the brave wait to act?
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

"Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy; Its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery" ... Winston Churchill

The FEW republican traitors? A vast majority of them are. For instance: There were a grand total of SEVEN legislators who voted against the NDAA in the Senate. A whopping 136 in the house voted against it, and a majority of those were dems. I'm as big a hater of Obama as you are, but keep it real and don't get caught up in the BS left/right or GOP/Dem paradigm. Take a close look at how our (TX) representatives voted.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
