Have any of you donated to his campaign?
Not weeping but yes, have donated during a few of the money bomb events.

And like others have said, if Romney gets the GOP nomination, no point in even voting.

Agreed. Might be hard to grasp, but it would strengthen the party to see all of them unite at the convention. RP does have something to offer, and I think he will contribute.

By the way, anyone that see's no difference between Barry and Romney, just doesn't want to. Romney was a republican governor of a VERY liberal state, and did what his constituents ask of him. He didn't agree with all of it, just like some of our presidents that make decisions they may not personally agree with. Is he my preference? Not by a long shot. Is he better than our current ass-hat? By a long shot.

If they can't win, they'll make sure that the other guy can't win either?
I have been thinking the same thing. Why do they keep going? Is there some realistic chance that somehow, some way, the tables could still turn? Has that ever happened at this point?

If they where paying attention they would also know, he hasn't made his intentions a secret. Ron paul kind of like Jesse Jackson in the 80s.

A laughable figure in the public arena?

              ...

As much as I wish Ron Paul was the rep nominee, it ain't going to happen. If I have to vote for Obama's cousin, Romney, to keep Obama and his cronies out, I will.

I hope they all stay in at least until Texas gets to vote, which is May. If they all dropped out now, we would have NO say-so at all! I would think the RP guys would REALLY want this. It probably won't happen, but what if RP had a huge result here in Texas? We weathered this financial storm better than any other state in the country, and other states are watching us. Not to mention we carry a lot of delegates.

I heard Newt on the radio the other day... "Romney may win the primary but we arent going to just hand it to him. He has to earn it" something along those lines.

That is how it should be. Republicans concede fights right off the bat. Fuck that. Drag it out, challenge every count that you lose, fight like a democrat

Sounds like Santorum may lose his own home state primary. Hmmm. What would it tell you if Perry lost here in Texas. If your own people don't vote for you, why should anyone else? Hell, even Jimmy Carter carried Georgia in his 1980 re-election bid.

More like trying to gather anymore funding he can to pay back the hole he dug himself into. What is it, 4.5M?

It's customary for the winning nominee to help with the other's debt. Yes, even Dr. Paul may have debt that he needs help with when it's all over.
