You're right but our health care is supposed to be one of those things that were promised to us for life. And with Obamacare, weren't the prices supposed to go down? If they can't keep their promise to us, does anyone (Avery's Dad) really think that the government can provide health care to anyone?

My insurance costs my family of 4 $450-500 month. Then we have $2,500 deductibles. Plus seperate deductibles for perscriptions. This year they have set us up with seperate deductibles for tests such as CT scans and MRIs. Insurance is expensive, everytime I see that money coming out of my check I cringe cause it feels wasted, but go to the hospital for 2-3 weeks and you'll run up over $100,000 in bills without it. My family doesn't go to the doctor either, my kids go once a year for school, I've gone twice in 10 years, and my wife is only going routinely now because she is pregnant.
