The same right that lets them inject childern with vaccines at school without the parent's consent.

of course you would. You'd also shoot someone who rode a dirt bike across the corner of your property, even though they did no harm. It's because you're a certified, unfuckiwithable badass with more than one screw loose, and an attitude that you're above the law. Keep on keepin on, Badass.

Since he is a soldier that fought and almost died while protecting our freedoms (at least that's what out govt would have you believe), I will let him say whatever he damn well pleases and believe he can/will back it up.

We are going to need a WHOLE LOT MORE people like him that are willing to fight it out if we are going to overthrow the tyranny that is taking over our counttry.

I'm very well versed on school nutrition, USDA guidelines, etc, because it ties in so closely to what I do. I sit through several seminars a year in regards to child nutrition, etc. What I don't understand, is how they can regulate what is brought in a sack lunch. They can, and will regulate, peanuts for instance, due to allergies. One kid in a school of 500+ has a peanut allergy, no kids are allowed to bring anything peanut based. If caught, expulsion can occur. But beyond instances like that, I don't get where the school can dictate what is acceptable in a lunch brought from home. Obviously, crackers won't cut it, ad the school IMO should step in when something like that happens. That's just an irresponsible parent (likely broke trash). But I see nothing unhealthy about the lunch this student had.

I don't agree with the action taken here, but I can understand why it was done to a degree. Someone like that comes in, and the foodservice people get caught serving lunches that don't meet guidelines, funding is pulled and the district is fined. 95% of school district child nutrition departments can't afford to lose a single cent of state funding. They have so little money to work with as it is, I think the average school lunch goes for about $1.85 to the student (my son's is $2.60). Even with that money, and the money from the state, and the fact that all these programs have so little to go around all while meeting guidelines, there is nowhere left to cut. Nutritionists and Foodservice directors are in such a bind. Guidelines get more strict every year. Harder to meet the requirements every year. Food costs continue to rise every year. and you've got Johnny Foodlaw standing over your shoulder, auditing you monthly, quarterly, etc; making sure you fall in line and don't ask questions, all under a threat to yank your entire budget. They are like the fucking gestapo. I fully agree things needed to be done, guidelines needed to be tightened, and something has to be done to fight childhood obesity. But what that gorilla looking bitch Mrs. Obama has turned this in to, is a fucking joke. Just another ignorant, arrogant jackass, that doesn't have the first clue about the cause and effect of what she is doing. She's just trying to give herself the warm fuzzes. Every first lady has a pet project. This one is hers.

Mass psychogenic illness. Roughly 2,000 people are hospitalized for food allergies every year and the death rate is about the same for food allergies as for people who die from bee stings and lightning strikes. About 150 a year. I saw something that said 10 people died of peanut allergies in the US last year. The whole thing is a joke.

Yeah, it's retarded. I don't get why all the other kids need to suffer because your kid has a peanut allergy. Fuck that. Your kid needs the special environment, you need to provide it for them. Not you, specifically, obviously.

No harm in providing them a different table or making sure they don't eat nuts, that is just good sense. But the whole "nut free zone" or expelling kids for bring peanut butter to school. That's all bullshit.

If there are ever any peanuts at any bald/bitter bashes, or Christmas parties, I will be writing my congressman!

I'm just trying to show forever frost some respect. I may not agree with everything he or anyone else says, but I am glad to hear someone with some fire and spirit that won't fall in line with the crowd.
