I'm of the firm belief that women and children should be the property of the man of the household (a la Roman style). Therefor, parents should call it.

Should also allow retroactive abortion up until the age of 18.

So by your logic I should be able to beat the shit out of my wife if she doesn't cook dinner for me, and beat my kids into a coma if they get a C on their report card. AWESOME way to go about raising a family.
