Wife and I paid 25K in Federal Withholding. Sold some stocks and paid another 5K in taxes on top of that. Hope the "Free Loaders" enjoy it...

The irony is they're all slaves to the system, no matter how much they say they're not slaves anymore.

I deal with it on a daily basis working in the financial sector.

Males me want to buy some farmland and stock up on stuff I'll need. Once I'm ready, give the big fuck you to to the takers and GO GALT

Yeah I'd have to be making in the millions of dollars a year to do that job. Otherwise fuck that. Its like my ex who used to work at a nursing home. I always said they'd have to pay me hundreds of thousands of dollars to do the stuff she described. Anything less just wouldn't be worth it.

What really bothers me are the people who put barely anything in the bucket, but got married and popped out kids that are getting 6k, 10k, etc back on their taxes.

At that point it would be "I'm going to hook him up because he's a Christian, just like me!" nothx.

The entitlement class getting ahead of the tax-paying working class is another indication that our
society/civilization is transitioning to the next stage.
This is also an indication that the US *could* be past it's peak, or at least in a dip from the peak,
and we need something solid to get back into the the upswing, for both quality of life and the US
position on the global stage. The emerging nations are catching up fast and they are taking the
manufacturing from the US. So, we cannot go back to that to pick ourselves up, unless the US
drops wages to be competitive. A catch-22 and our position of strength is less than what it used
to be. So, navigating this situation will not be easy nor quick.

Best thing to do is reap the abundance of our situation now while we still have it, and secure it.
This has a lot of connotation behind it. Be prepared and be nimble in order to make adjustments.
Individuals and the gov't should be doing this.
The vast masses in the US are not doing this due to one reason or another.
With the size and scope of changes that have been going on during the recent unpleasantness,
known consequences and unintended consequences will be damaging to many who are not
                          prepared or not nimble.

The US has too much built on vapor, it will need something solid to keep on the upswing
(well actually just to hold the line). I'm referring to quality of life, and the US position on the
                          global stage.
Emerging nations are eating our lunch, so it will be difficult for the US to navigate these times
without imposing our ordinance, which is also conveniently self-serving.

and when it gets increasingly bad for the tax-paying class, they will begin to add weight to the
consideration of looking for more-fertile locations to carry their secured abundance to.

I read quite a bit, so you will be able to find individual things floating around the web along
the same lines, but my post is a synthesis of several things that I see related to the original
