If the vote meant enough to him he could have just have done the pat down and gotten on with his life.
Turn this around, what if the TSA would have said oh well we can't do anything and let him on the plane. What if he had had a gun and shot the pilot... etc?
What exactly does a breach of peace mean?
He had the option to have a pat down and then get on the plane. It is his own fault for missing the flight.

He's on Hannity's radio show right now and he's saying he was without question detained by the TSA."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

This subject is a bit of a fine line. We all want airport security, as we want to feel safe when we fly. But the only way to do that is to check people. Sorry, but muslims aren't the only people out there who would take advantage of the situation of being they only one armed on a plane. So you really do need to check more people than just them. So how do you do that, while still protecting individual's rights? Used to be a security guard in my younger days, and had to grope mexicans at a mexican bar before they went in. Dumb sons of bitches were always stabbing each other. And, I've been groped before I went in.
So what maybe just... I don't know... run people through the xray scanner, but don't grope them? There must be some kind of happy medium.

Originally posted by Forever_frost View PostSeems the TSA has detained him because of an 'abnormality" in the full body scan and he refused to be patted down. Good on him. Evidently, they haven't read this:
US Constitution, Art I Sec 6: Section 6.
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.
I hope him and his father start tearing the TSA apart
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

One of the nation’s most well known legal precedents, Marbury vs. Madison, decided in 1803, makes clear that any “law” that is “repugnant to the Constitution is null and void.”
2 Chronicles 7:14
If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

2. Pretty sure that was answered
3. He asked to be rescanned and was refused. It's the TSA's fault for him missing the plane. The TSA isn't an enforcement agency OR a police agency. It's a theater group with no constitutional power. Disband them allI wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool
