LOL at all the conspiracy theorists'. This caucus has a history of meaning very little. Take out the unopposed candidates, and you have basically nothing but a barometer of who the top candidates will be. It serves as more of an eliminator than picking a straight-up winner.Romney will probably take it and RP will do well. I'm thinking Gingrich will take 3rd and maybe even Santorum as a 4th.

Even though these things have very little real meaning, they do sway people's opinions, and that is enough to make them actually sway voters.

As far as implying a strongest candidate, there isn't one, the top two candidates are virtually tied given the error factor of all the latest polls.
Maybe next time you should read my actual post instead of trying to put words into my post and assume something?

I hope Paul wins it. I thought he was a loon at first but the more I research the more I like him. He is the only one who would make a big change in our nation...the others promise us what we want to hear and then will never deliver. I'm sick of Washington and a RP win would piss them off....we need something to change.

Is the drudge report considered a Ron Paul site, or more likely a good cross section of all thought processes? The reason for the question is they just opened an informal poll, and RP is up over MR pretty substantially. No clue how to imbed the pic of the poll...

And RP is opening up a lead. Digging it.

183000 votes in, five point lead established.
But then again you have to discredit this poll as well, as it is a mix of demorat, republicant, and the rest thrown in.
Kind of like the actual election will be.
