Only information he's given is that he posted something religious on his facebook, and he doesn't know how to deal with it getting responses that don't agree with him. Given that there is no context for how she blew up about it, there is no reason to assume she was being the unreasonable one.
While she may have just told him how terrible he was, all he's stated that she said was that he's got no evidence to support his claim. Without the original quote and her response for context, there is no reason to leap to her side or his.
