OP, thats the risk you run posting stuff like that on facebook. You are opening up yourself to criticism and praise, If you aren't ready for that then you probably shouldn't post it.
How do you deal with critisicm? Depending on the comment why not just start a conversation about it? Can you and this person have a conversation about your beleifs without getting upset about it? Obviously you can't control how they react, but in my opinion you should be able to have a conversation about it and not get mad. If the comment is inappropriate or immediately argumentative I might erase it and move the conversation to private messages. There no problem with talking about it, even debating it, but if it is going to turn into an argument you should probably just let it go. You aren't going to change anybody's mind by having an argument.
