You think endless wars, trillions of spending is proactively protecting America?

Endless wars where we are not in it to win? No. Covert ops to keep an eye out on what is happening in the world? Hell yes and this has been proven many times.

The last interview that I saw they asked him about Iran and he said he did not care if they had any WMD's and said they have not evidence of ever using them, just like Iraq never did. Well Iraq and Iran have used them. I figure he is denying they have used them as pandering but it rubs me the wrong way (do some research before calling me a liar). The question then becomes, why does it matter if they have them? Iran has subs off the coast of the US, too close for comfort. Combine that with a week president in the White House like Obama who does not do anything about it and that could serve as a recipe for disaster.

Pulling the military out and shutting down all embassys like RP wants to do would be asking for trouble. It would be clear that the days of conventional wars are over for now and we should act accordingly. But pulling out everyone will not work long term for the US.

Yes, he has said that. Yes, this is the controversial problem criticized. And yes, this is the information people need to know about the candidate you nut hug so violently.

If I were in their position I would likely want one too.
