It's already on record! The govt. ship guns to Mexico and certain drug cartel's are allowed to ship drugs in. Then they play the game of drug wars by arresting petty dealers and people with small amounts in their car. Then they put them in a jail that the megabanks have an invested interest in. The so called big busts are the cowboy dealers.
