Can't remember but I thought I heard something (a long time ago) about how they can't take your place of residence. They can take properties if that's not where you live or something like that...

I have no idea if its true. Just something I heard somewhere. Its all kinds of messed up if they'll just throw some old lady out of her house cause she couldn't pay their bullshit property taxes cause she moved there back when they were reasonable and the house has been paid off for decades.
