I wasn't advocating shooting them then. I am now. Simple. And I think unless you bleed for this Republic, you should keep yours shut

Simply because you served in the military you think you're entitled to some special rights vs those that didn't? Man, you really are deluded. And by you advocating shooting them, welcome to the problem. I expect you to never say you stand for the constitution again, because you clearly don't.

You said I should keep my trap shut. If I should and I bled for this country, then you certainly should as you've done nothing for the right.

I'm all for the constitution. As I said on the other thread, the Supreme Court has said that the right to free speech and assembly is not absolute. Or do you suddenly take a "as written' stance instead of your Supreme Court interpretation one?

derrrrpp. Derpy derp. Again you miss the point of my posts. If anyone is trying to switch from the "as written" to "case law applies" stance, that'd be you.

Don't bother. He once advocated carpet bombing the entirety of Iraq and wouldn't budge on it.

Just like Northern California, Portland is one of the most beautiful parts of this country and it's been completely overrun by drug addicts and shitbags. It's a shame, really.

Actually, I'm trying to come to your way of thinking. So tell me, is it Case law when you like the ruling or is it case law all the time? Because current rule is the 1st amendment has limitations.

Actually, still do. Though I think I was saying we should glass the whole middle east but carpet bombing is much nicer than what I'd prefer to do.

This is the left, this is who we have running the country. Some of you actually wonder why things are fucked up?
