  • Documentary - "Inside Job"

If you think you know how the financial crisis began, developed, and sits today, you owe it to yourself to watch this. If you don't know anything about it, then you need to watch it as well. I find it fascinating. If you don't have 2 hours to kill then don't start it, as you'll be sucked in.

Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

Ya, I saw it when they put it up on youtube. I bet it would have been nuts to be in the middle of it all.

It's difficult to believe the amount of carelessness and other-way-looking that went on to allow it all to happen.

Tell me about it. I think many knew and were betting along with them.

watched the whole thing, and that is one tangled web. towards the end, i felt they were doing the whole 99% vs 1%, and while i do not support the OWS group i can see the corruption. when it all finally implodes.....

                  16 minutes into it now...

You have Matt Damon, George Soros, and Barney Frank, Dominique Straus Kahn (Former IMF head), and Christine Lagard (Current IMF head) in the first 9 minutes of the film, and you only felt?

The one thing I do agree with is that we both feel that banking should be partnerships like in the past. The Bankowners put up their own money, so they keep a tight eye on risk.

More insight to come once I've finished watching.

It was obviously slanted but there was a lot in there that shows some of the powers that be just flat quit giving a fuck and would do anything to seek a massive profit.

well....... congress did. i sure as hell wouldn't have voted to bail them out, had we been a direct democracy.

Wow...... layers and layers of duplicity and deceit - and i'm only an hour into it. The government should have never opened pandora's box and let the banks do this.
