If your an american citizen is willing to taking up arms and promoting violence against country of citizenship, then you don't have the protection afforded under the constitution. If they do catch that person or persons the govt needs to have a quick military tribunal for Treason and hang those fuckers.

They should have held a trial without him being present, found him guilty and punished by death. That would have satisfied or at least shut off the angle of the .gov killing americans without due process.

With that said. I am not loosing any sleep over the course they decided to take. He was a self proclaimed terrorist; fuck him.
