It's not. You can buy the original online. It was one of a series of pictures and Barry couldn't keep his assclown hand down.

MSNBC’s Rich Shulman quipped that “I don’t know much about diplomatic protocols, but I would guess that waving during the group photo is something to avoid.” From this photo, it looks like 29 out of 30 global leaders agree. (h/t HA reader Carmen P)

Addendum: In case readers wonder whether this is on the level, Zombie at PJ Tatler probed the image’s authenticity and concludes it’s on the level. I’m pretty sure that MSNBC wouldn’t have posted a photoshop that makes Obama look bad, either.

Update: I’ve confirmed that the picture is authentic — by purchasing it from Getty Images. Unless Getty’s into photoshops, it’s on the level.

And in other news, President Obummer announced an executive order simplifying his title. Apparently "President of the United States" - POTUS is too difficult for him, so his executive order is to shorten this to "President 'O States" - POS.

It's only expected to last thru his administration.

Okay, timeout one second. While I despise almost 100% of what the man has done, this is about stupid -- everyone's reaction that is. Let's stop and think for just a minute.

1) Do you think that was the ONLY picture they took of the group? Typically the photog would take 5 to 6 images at a minimum. With digital now, they can take 20 pictures in seconds. That's what they do in case someone closes their eyes, sneezes, etc.

2) Someone important could have been trying to get his attention, and he simply waved to acknowledge them and saying, "Hold on one minute..." It's not that hard to fathom that happening to the POTUS at a meeting somewhere. It could've just so happened that the photog snapped a picture then.

3) There are way more relevant things to look at than someone waving in a photograph. I mean seriously?

Agreed. Why not call out the other people not even looking in the right direction for this particular photo. If you saw the live clip they were constantly snapping pictures while they all stood around.

You don't get it do you? Put down your intense hatred and look at reality just a minute. There are a number of situations that explain that as we just stated. Besides that, he is the center of the picture. Let it go and quit making yourself look desperate by picking on a stupid digital picture that was probably one out of 100 taken.

Can't put down my intense hatred for the man, that wouldn't be being true to myself now would it? He's the center of THAT picture. If you'll notice, faces are cut in the center so it was part of a larger picture.

I'm not desperate picking on a stupid digital picture, it's one out of a LONG line of examples of a man, full of himself, out of touch with reality and thinking he's the center of the universe.

That said, Dems are starting to call for him to be primaried and there's talk that he's been very depressed of late and possibly not letting him run based on mental instability
