      There is the 89 range.

I'd like to see it in the 69 range

That's all fine and well it's going down, but it doesn't seem to reflect the prices at the pump at all anymore.

It doesn't. Not like it used to.

So, who really gives a fuck what price oil is at? It's not going to make a difference to a single one of us.

You know, diesel in my town is still the exact same price as it was at $106. So now it is down over 20% and it is still sitting at $3.99.

I think they just charge whatever they want now.

              In the $87 range now.

If oil goes back to $106 in a few days... the price will go up .

It only reflects oil when oil is going up.

I do, because when the price goes to $150 a barrel, gas will go to $4.50 a gallon, never to drop below $4 again, even if oil drops by 50%

All numbers pulled out of my ass, but you get the drift.

Drove from El Paso to Midland over the last couple days....I'd say most of the wells were turned off. Ain't worth running till prices go back up I guess.?

The price wont change at the pump until they get their next shipment. What is bullshit is these gas companies say that whatever the price ber barrell is wont show up to the pump for a few weeks. But once that think goes up, so does the price.

                          Commodities
                          Oil $78.40

As of 2:36pm today.....yet no relief at the pump. Seems it has shed about $20-30 a barrel and the pump prices are about the same.

I've seen about .10/.15 down around here in Plano over the last week, but nothing since we've gone under $80. If it holds under $80 for a couple of days then I'd expect to see some more decreases.

However, if it shot up to $90 a barrel they would raise the price.

                              Last week: $90 a barrel/ $3.5x a gallon
                              This week: $78 a barrel/ 3.5x a gallon
                              Next week: $90 a barrel/ $3.7x a gallon
