That inner circle isn't as big as people believe. the North Koreans would jump for joy if KJI kicked the bucket. He is the main reason that the the people so poverty-stricken. All that aid that comes from the US is needed just to support life over there and it's not only until he takes what he needs to sustain his power that the rest of the people get the table scraps.

Well if rumors are true, he is going to kick the bucket sometime soon. That country will probably go into a civil war with the vacuum of power his death will create. Perfect time for the US to pick a side and get a new regime in.
