QE until it completely destroys our economy. It is doing nothing but delaying the inevitable and digging us deeper in debt. We are in worse shape than Q42008

At some point it becomes too politically costly. Meaning Congress has to take over the Fed. What a disaster that would be.

Anyway, how much debt can the country handle? I'd like to point out that debt service payments aren't all that much of the federal budget. Something like 6% in 2010. We could keep this level of deficit up for years and years!
