I could end the deficit in 5 minutes. You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP all sitting members of congress are ineligible for reelection.

BuffettOriginally posted by davbrucasI want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Defecit and Congress
I have a better idea. Instead of not being able to run, fire them on the spot. That is how a company would do it. By the way, didn't Buffet, Gates, and the Apple guy all support Barry ? Figure that out. It's the old "Brother In Law" deal.

I still think we'll see a pop in stocks before the year is over.
People are coming to the dollar because there is nothing else. I have been saying it all along. Even if the Fed does a QE3 the dollar will be fine, it won't be worth shit compared to other currencies but why do I care when everything I have is only priced in dollars? Also when every company I own can raise prices to adjust for inflation and passes those earnings on to me? I don't care. In fact I want a weak dollar right now so that it makes sense to bring manufacturing back home. It also makes international companies I own, like Coca Cola have fantastic earnings from their foreign sales.Originally posted by racrguyWhat's your beef with NPR, because their listeners are typically more informed than others?Originally posted by racrguyVoting is a constitutional right, overthrowing the government isn't.
