Well, if he's like me then he has been busy as fuck for 8 months solid and the heavy season has just ended.

Therefore, I'm able to sit here at work and almost drunk post.

However, I doubt a troll that waits 8 months to post would actually own a business that allows him to do so.

Hey, Filament, whenever you have another "light bulb of genius" make sure to accompany said ridiculosity with some cunt shots of your S/O.

Hey Filament, I recommend you change your SN to Filacunt

On another matter, the TSA just gained union representation. More entitled groping now backed by a union.

Hmm, maybe a reworking of the plane is in order. Just add a tiny little room for him by putting up a small wall somewhere where he can "hide". Or perhaps let him start off in the cargo and make him an easy way to get to the cabin. The effect being, they never know whether there is an air marshal, until its too late. And increase the number of them.

I'd support more air marshals with the budget over this crap. I was a TSA security supporter until the last few years, it's so ineffective it's laughable. They did catch my buddy who forgot his Glock was in his bag though! So, maybe you'll get caught with a fully blown weapon going through - with a loaded magazine.

Although, according to his lawyer and stories I've noted - you won't always get caught with a regular gun either. Which tells me if 20 terrorists bring 1 gun each - probably at least 1 will make it through.

OR...... you could just let them board like normal passengers which they're not allowed to do. It's easy to spot some guy who goes onto the plane the same time as the flight staff as not a normal cookie. No need to got all pothead ricky recon on how to solve the problem, that's how overly complicated and shitty security programs come about in the first place.

                Or...

If it's muslim extremists we're worried about, put a pig on every plane. It would discrace them to die with one.

(no, not a cop, an actual pig)

Nawww, man. A huge fucking BOX in the middle of the plane, like those police stands they use at the mall, sounds like a much better idea. It could have gun turrets and tinted glass and it would hit you with 50k volts if you touched it. That would send a message, maaaan.

When I used to smoke, it was amazing how many security checkpoints I could get through with a cigarette lighter. I'd bet it was 9 out of 10.

I travel a lot for work and when I hit airport security, I dump my pockets into this little pouch on my backpack, to include any loose change I have. I was recently pulled out of line because they felt there was "an excessive amount of loose change" in that pocket and wanted to hand-inspect it. Uhh...ok. I feel much safer now.

It will make you guys feel a lot safer to hear about when I was traveling through the middle east. I have flown out of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE. Now the Middle East is full of terrorists; in fact they seem to produce the largest numbers of them. When I flew out of Bahrain they didn't send any bags through the xray machine, and the only person I saw get a pat down was me (the only American around). All the Arabs got waived through. I don't remember being checked at all in the UAE, or even remember seeing a security guard on duty. Saudi consisted of a fat Arab sitting in front of the xray machine, playing on his cell phone and not watching the xrayd luggage. Didn't matter because they let you saran wrap the luggage shut before you put it on the xray machine and they never got searched. As for actually getting on the plane, I can't remember which country it was during our vacation but I was the only one pulled out of line to have my bags searched, and it was because there was excessive change in my backpack.

Edit - This all took place AFTER 9/11

Leaving New Zealand Monday, security consisted of checking my luggage and walking through a metal detector. The Xray machine didn't catch a thing when my pack went through. However, being the only American there, they pulled me aside for secondary screening and said my backpack tested for "explosive residue."

The guy asked me (I'm wearing Combat Infantry hat, Combat vets motorcycle shirt and my pack has American flags on it) if my pack had been around anything explosive or 'bullets.' I said "Sir, you'd be hard pressed to find anything of mine that wasn't around ammo at some time.

20 minutes later and 2 patdowns and 4 scans later, I'm on my way.

That said, coming from Korea to Seattle on leave in 02, dressed in Class A's with a duffle, LAX cut my lock and had me dump my duffle bag while hadji passed around me. Seriously.

I was flying from PHI to DFW with a buddy, he was be a little sarcastic with the TSA so they gave him a pat down. They still did not discover the butane lighter in his back pocket.
