There needs to be a way to sue for "other damages" once you win the case. Such as mental pain and anguish. Sounds fake but in this case its 100% true. The homeowners went through much mental pain and anguish I'm sure of that. All lawyer bills paid, a $100,000 fine to be paid to the state, and say... another $100,000 grand to the victims. Once that happened to them enough, you'd see sweeping changes. Or, they'd go out of business. Which I'm perfectly cool with also. Either way works for me.
