I find it ironic that I am watching this day trading video and they are talking about China companies... lol

What software do day traders use? I wouldn't think there are any free trial version are there?

I know we used "Radius-Nexa" at my old job. Others are Island, Archa (sp?). The traders at my current job use our proprietary shit. I had a 2 month stretch where I traded as income in between jobs...hell, I just used Fidelity. Worked great for me... I am a huge fan of Fido. Oh, and Jamie Dimon.

There's been a lot of responses, but the TS piqued my interest.

My roommate bought a penny stock with Scottrade a long time ago at .02 and today it's at $2.XX He's been trying to sell all day and ended up on a conference call for about an hour.

I'm not sure how much he put in it, but knowing him, I would think at least a grand. He's trying not to get his hopes up, but they still haven't let him sell it. One of the first guys that stayed on the call wanted to buy some.
