I'm not talking about a specific law, I'm talking about the mentailty... the mentailty that it doesnt really matter what law it is, if they have to break it to advance their progressive agenda, they will...

They dont have a bulleyes on their back, if they have a problem, they go see the HNIC...

I wasnt aware he broke contracts with GM but sure, your ok with him having the authority to step into a private buisness and break contracts? Myself, Im good with state and especially federal govt being as limited as possible in private affairs.

Obama broke contracts between GM and the UAW and between GM and bondholders and other debt holders so that the company could be given to the UAW

You're dancing around Lason. I'm not referring to private sector unions, my apologies. I'm referring to public sector ones that consume tax dollars with no one looking out for the ones being fleeced. Even FDR said there should be no public sector unions

Oh ok, now that makes sense. The video has private sector union bosses though, thats what is throwing me off. Well as private sector as the UAW is these days anyway.

Employee obligations > Debt holder obligations in bankruptcy.

That's why I don't invest in companies with huge PBOs greater than their Enterprise Value and grossly underfunded DB plans.

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

That Bob King is a real slimy sack of shit. Maybe my screen is fucked up, but how did that guy join the NAACP? I'd like to know what his salary is.
