Pretty much and depends on which way you're coming from.

Yes, it is the ultimate clusterfuck of all time in that area. Last time it took us 35 minutes to get off of 635 and onto Forest Ln. I'm thinking coming up from the south will be the best way.

If you're coming from the south take I35 and exit walnut hill or Royal, go east and take either Webb Chappel or Marsh north.
