The only good part of it was that I got so hot and nasty that I went to a kids birthday party that I didn't have to go to. Just so I could get in the pool lol

Tent made it bearable until about 4 for me.

Tim and I left to get lunch around 4. We came back a little before 5 and about 20% of the cars were in the lots. Nothing was set up for any cruise that we found. I asked the staff and they were clueless as for how the cruise was being assembled or even where it started or what the route was.

Let me know your feedback! Show turned out pretty good for a first year. 2014 plans will start in the next few weeks.

It was hot as shit. I drank 16 bottles of water and still ended up at blue goose too! haha

At 6pm - it was an Event After Party, not a cruise but several nice cars came up to the pub.

                  Feedback:
                  -cooler time of the year
-If they are going to advertise the organized cruise .... Do it
-more food I think the site said there would be food trucks and I didn't see a single one
-have the committee go to Austin for the lone star round up and copy it

I sound like I'm being a jerk about it but honestly it wasn't bad and if the temp was 10-15 lower it would have been a lot better

Good points. There was a food truck as I saw it there. We did have several hiccups but that was to be expected for a first time event of this magnitude.

No kidding. I'll have an exact number of registrations but I think its around 1300 cars and around 10,000 people that showed up. All in all, we're pretty happy with the first year turn out and are looking forward to the 2nd year already.

I had a lot of people asking me about next years event while I was at the show cause they wanted their friend from another state to come or something.

The only bullshit is that they didn't have any food before 12. And when they did it was only nachos and hotdogs. I feel like it was more catered toward the spectators rather than the people who showed up to have their cars out there for people to see.

Agreed with Probie... With people showing up before 8am, at least some coffee or something... A lot of money lost with no food before Noon... And no concessions in the parking lot.

*More access to water/food. Had to stand in a huge line in the beating sun, at the only concession stand I could find.

                                *Cooler time of the year.

*More coordination between staff. Some of the lists didnt even show me registered. People would tell you different locations to go.

All in all it was a great show, with lots of great cars. I will definatly go again.
