Most of the people that had gone there on Sat remembr being run off by cops, and having to deal with ricers. People bring it up now and again, but I don't think many go. They may drive by or thru.

The last few weeks it has been packed. There are some ricers but there have been a lot of fast domestic cars out there. There was a nasty sounding coupe (Turbo) redish/maroon in color thought he might be on the board. Quite a few LS cars to. We did not stay there we organized some stuff elsewhere for "fun". I figured as many cars were out there had to be some board members there.

no! I didnt have anything to do with i~35 but we could see them doin it from where we were (mexico). that is stupid and i have 410s with 26" tire so no highway.

I was out there about 4 weeks ago and witnessed acts of dumbassery which included but was not limited to:
a prelude ripping around the parking lot making a lot of noise while trying to spin the tires....which it finally did as he left the parking lot with FWPD on his ass.
A kid with a "500 hp" civic with 3 friends in the car, wanting to run my buddies cam only gto who wouldn't take no for an answer.
When I got bored and left I was followed out by a bunch of dumbasses like I was the leader of a parade who kept pulling up beside me on Beach street wanting to run.......I laughed really hard when they got butthurt when I wouldn't.

i try and go every week. it seems to be the only place with a good turn out thats close to my place. there are a bunch of dumbasses out there and good luck trying to go to a closed course in mexico to run without a bunch of ricers trying to fallow you where ever you go. nut other than that i always have a good time out there. def worth the drive out if you ask me.

There some good people out there but I must admit the ratio of retards to good folks is probably 10 to 1.

Lots of cars, last time I went there, there was everything from dumb ricers to nice mustangs cameros and vettes. There are some dumb asses but I just make sure and park next to the domestic crowd to minimize my exposure. A lot of guys leave there and run but I usually just hang out. Good way to meet other car guys in the local area, I've met some cool dudes out there. The police do come out but they'll usually just throw their siren on around 11-midnight and tell everyone to go home from what I've seen. People say they'll get out and start busting people with nitpick tickets but I have never seen that the 5-6 times I've been out there.
