Ketchup/catsup question

Ketchup on eggs? Bleh. Salsa for sure, especially green.

Now, ketchup with fried catfish, or chicken fried steak - that's the bomb. Not a fan of gravy.

I can see ketchup on catfish, if you mix horseradish in it! Still prefer tarter sauce on catfish tho.
