So we have this guy with a smoker that comes to our work with various BBQ meats and Gumbo ( wife is from LA ). His BBQ is better than the chains, but it's no pecan lodge or anything... Anyways...

I got a brisket baked potato, and had him poor some of the gumbo over the top and holy shit it's fucking good. It was $10 and 2.7LBS of food.
