              We just wanted something different that day.

              But my favorite thing on the grill is The marinated beef short ribs then cut from El Rio. Get that shit a little well done. Because it's been cut it will be a little crispy. Don't even make a plate to eat that shit right off the pit. What a cold beer it's money.

                        Buy that bologna in bulk (or better yet, ring) and put that shit in the smoker. Only proper way to eat it. For the record though, it doesn't look bad grilled, just needs to be thicker cut.

                            I've smoked and grilled it - I like to sort of onion blossom cut it, spread it out and put a home made bbq sauce (Heavy mustard) in there and smoke it for about 4 hours. Outstanding.

                            Problem is, that stuff ain't cheap either these days.
