Bob's - Grapevine the Location to Go?

I've heard very mixed reviews of Bob's on Lemmon since we moved back from San Francisco ... from people whose opinions I trust. A group of friends went to the Lemmon location last week and were very disappointed with the experience.

I remember seeing a while back that the G-vine location was the best. I'd like to go to Bob's again before too long, we haven't been since 2010.

It's very good. Make reservations for evenings and weekends.

IBBC. i took bcoop's opinion, and sent my parents to the grapevine location. mom had fish of some sort (crazy i know) and pops had prime rib. they were quite pleased

I had a good experience at the Plano location FWIW.

I haven't been in a while, but for what it's worth I've had nothing but good experiences at the one on Lemmon. Was the problem service or food oriented?

Several years ago had a few hit and miss experiences there. The last couple times I've gone in the last year or two to Grapevine have been good.

Same here. Folks are too uppity @ Del Frisco's.

I'm not uppity in the least, but I've yet to find a better overall experience than Del Friscos Fort Worth.
