so yesterday I was just drunk enough to order a burger with egg on it. everyone that said how good it was is 100% correct! was at the saintsbury tavern watching the MXvJAM game. also had the maple bacon wings. they were delicious as well.

eh, I dont like runny eggs, but I've had them on other things that I really enjoyed. Last time I was in austin, we got stuck in traffic on the way to meet some friends for dinner. They were ordering when I walked in, so I just told the waiter to bring me his favorite, it was some meats, cheeses and such layered between several tortillas, an egg on top, and red salsa on top.

It was delicious.

Local Asian place will add a fried egg over the top of any dish. I'm not 100% how they're cooking it, but it looks to be cracked and cooked over hot oil, because the bottom and edges are uneven. Pretty fucking awesome.

If you eat at Chuys, have them drop a fried egg over the Elvis Fried Chicken. You can thank me later.

I fry mine in coconut oil... or, if I'm making bacon, I cook them in bacon grease

either way gives you a nice crispy/uneven texture

I had this fancy ass pizza with an egg on it...pretty weird. Not bad but the egg didnt make it better.

And they threw this marinated soft boiled egg in my ramen yesterday. It was really good.

If you ever find yourself in Milwaukee there is a place called Cafe Benelux that does a burger with an egg fried in duck fat, its amazing.

I'm with bcoop, enchiladas montadas with a couple over easy eggs is one of my favorite breakfasts.
