I'm in for a steak cook off. It's not fair to the rest of the contestants though. Matt is about the only person on the board that I know for fact, can throw down like I do. There was that Chef on the old board, but I don't know if he has made it over here yet.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

I don't anymore. Playing the new Socom beta. When that goes dead next week, so they can fix all the stuff before final release, I'll jump back on COD. But once the full version of Socom comes out, COD is dead to me.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

We buy our Ribeyes from Sams (1-inch to 1.25 inches thick), use Dale's seasoning for 20-30 minutes in a zip-lock bag, and cook them on the gas grill as high as it will go for 5-6 minutes per side. Let it sit for a minute or two after coming off the grill and eat. I'm going to try the salt method and see how it compares.
