Whats good to dip shrimp in?

Central market had these on sale and they were some of the best shrimp i've had yet. Did a regular light olive oil on the cedar plank with some pink sea salt.

Any suggestions on something to dip them or season them better? Going to do some more sometime this week

Cant stand the cocktail sauce they sell in stores have yet to find one that tastes good to me.

havent thought about bacon but how would that affect the cedar plank grill? Currently do 3 minutes per side @ 350
