A guy at work makes beef jerky and everyone at work buys it. He has this one flavor called "Scorpion" and holy fucking shit it is hot as hell. He uses trinidad scorpion peppers in it with SHU of 2,000,000. Never ate anything so hot in my life.

What is the hottest BEEF JERKY you have eaten?

It still has to taste good, which is why I don't f' with ghost pepper things.

The majority of ranchers south of I-20 on Texas, and really west of Abeline, sold until they were into their breeding herds. There's not much to replace that supply, just yet.

Central market sells a ghost pepper hot sauce. They actually have a screen that pops up to enter persons dob similar to beer.
