Yeah different folks. There was the dude (wish I could remember his alias) in Sherman - meat processing company that he no longer works there. mstgn86 had a post somewhere, I PM'ed him and he only sells to commercial entities.

Have not seen the one you're talking about, may go looking for that person later or maybe it'll get posted up.

Just FYI for those that don't know, "side beef" is basically half of the cow. One side of the carcass. "Half side" would be 1/4 of the cow.
