    Costco USDA Choice filets
    1hr salt tenderizing at room temp, wash it off, fresh black pepper
    Oil the pan, sear 3m per side, add some kerrygold+garlic butter towards the end

              Looks good, I know you can make an excellent steak in a pan, but I just really enjoy cooking outside on a the grill.

                        I have a ~1lb cut left that I am going to try grilling tomorrow, I like the sear of the pan, guess we will see what happens!

                          Round 2 on the grill this time, the sear wasn't as good but it was still tasty.
