Traditional Scottish fare (Red deer, pheasant, grouse, and trout) is hard to come by in the states. Doubt you will find many places that specialize in it.

Scots have a type of food? You can go to the Irish restaurants as since they are Gaelic they both have the same type of culture. Fisherman's pie or Smoked Salmon would be on my list. As well as full Scottish Breakfast.
