I must have been on the super poor Rosas plan, because all we got was tortillas and queso, with a water so we could steal sprite. I remember it got so bad at one point the manager would post up buy the coke machines during high school lunch time.

The tortillas are on point, everything else is ok for fast casual.

I probably use rosas more for getting tortillas and the sides to go with fajitas I make at home more than actually eating there. I buy the beans, rice and tortillas then raid their bar for salsa, cilantro and limes.

I'll never give them a damn dollar of mine again. We went to the one in The Colony to try it out for the first time, and half way through the meal, my 8 yr old daughter finds a machine screw in her rice. The place had just opened so I understand that maybe everything isnt tightend up. My wife takes the rice with the screw in it to the manager and he suggest that my wife put the screw in the rice. She was beside herself that they suggest that. They did offer more rice, screwless this time I assume. We got up and will never go back

Same, except college in Lubbock instead of growing up in Midland.
