I agree. In a pinch and I'm having a strong craving? Sure yeah. But for the most part I agree

Probably too late but price dropped to $3.15lb for field run and $3.50lb for select.
        so 30x3.15= $94.50.
I got field run for my boil a month ago and they were way bigger than any crawfish I have gotten from Kroger or Fiesta.

That's doable for sure. But not sure if I could eat a whole 30lbs lol.

Not sure if Burf-day party is gonna happen. Wife is getting induced around 7am and don't want to deal with a party this weekend with a newborn in the house.

Maybe next week. I did read they would do 15 lbs but the price per pound goes up a bit. I think me son daughter and a friend could polish them off.

What's yalls preferred method of cooking? I just put them in a big ass pot on the stove.

I was going to tell you they offer 15lbs bag also. I use their dry seasoning(1 1/2 bags per 30lb,1 bag for 15 lbs), bring to a boil, add the potatoes, garlic, lemon and seasoning first. Wait til the potatoes are just starting to get soft then add the crawfish. Boil those around 10 minutes then kill the fire, add my corn and other veggies that cook fast.Let them soak and start testing the crawfish around 15 min to see if they are done but might take up to 30 minutes. Pull them out and serve. My set up is a 80qt pot and basket with a 30k btu burner.

They don't do walk ins do they? Also Kroger has them for under $3 a pound

Those who have called in a order to Cajun crawfish. I just called and left a message. Do they normally get back to you quickly? Got my cooker yesterday and need to pick up a few odds and ends. Getting antsy lol

They supplied the 'dads for my wedding party last weekend, and they were huge.

I plan on the select at $3.50 a pound. Figured $10 more a bag won't break the bank lol.

Had some good ones at Dodie's in Rockwall last night. (5.99/lb)

But damn that place is over priced and the food otherwise kinda sucks.

Sooooooo I'm stoked. 30 pounds should be plenty for the 6 adults and maybe three kids. Plus I'm doing three slabs of ribs. Should be a good eat.
