So I went to dinner at some papadeauxs restaurant and their key lime pie came with a raspberry sauce.
I'll be the first to tell you I can't cook for shit. But how do I make this stuff? I put some preserves in a pan and heated it up, but it's to hot when runny/liquidy like the restaurant had and cold it turns back into jelly like substance.
