I thought it was pretty damn good. I ordered ketchup on mine so it wouldn't be too dry. The two different cheeses are a nice touch.

Green chiles aren't hot at all, I don't know why you'd expect any heat from them.

I've had some in NM that were much hotter than most jalapenos. There is a mexican restaurant in Ruidoso that has some ridiculous hot green chili queso.
