Best BBQ in DFW

I'm sick of all the chain BBQ restaurants, they are shit. We ate at Cousin's BBQ last nite, and i seriously could have bbq'd a shoe sole and had it be more juicy and tasty then our food was. I feel that way about most of the chain BBQ restaurants ive tried (dickey's,spring creek,RH&B). Seems like Austin has all the amazing places and nothing up here compares. I would love to find some amazing ribs and brisket. So where's your favorite place?

My favorite is Hard 8 in Stephenville. Ordering off the smoker is the best! Getting there is part of the fun too. Fly in to Stephenville airport, and take one of the golf carts over to the restaraunt. If you go in a helicopter, you can land in the field next door, in front of the no parking sign!

Which right by Omaha's Military Surplus and Autobahn Europlaza. Inside it feels like a VFW or senior citizens center but the food is great.

My wife had several friends tell her how good this place was so we went and tried it. The night we went it was terrible.
