<-- Fan of Hobbi's in Las Colinas. Of all things, the catfish special is awesome.

They have great spicy sauce as well.

For brisket, I prefer just to smoke my own...
Really? They are two seconds from my office. Never tried it, because going by the name, it seems Arabian. I'm going to have to check it out when I'm back in town.

x2, and make friends with the meat cutter best thing you will ever do. A while back they stopped serving pulled pork so I asked the owner "big daddy" what was up. About a month later it was back and damn good.

Now, if you want to drive to Waco try Jaspers. This is the real "soul mans" BBQ and it damn good.

which right by omaha's military surplus and autobahn europlaza. Inside it feels like a vfw or senior citizens center but the food is great.
                    cash only.

Yeah. The guy that cuts the meat is actually the owner (or so I've heard).

Not too shabby at all. They have a good lunch sandwich special.

                        this..

Crazy Horse BBQ. brisket, and both kinds of music (country, and western) on fridat & saturday night. on sundays, Blues & Churching up services.

tried hard 8 once, wasn't bad. There's a place called Adams rib on just off Miller & Rosedale that does a decent job, but i don't like eating in full body armor.

Very true, the Coppell one is sub par at best. Stephenville is where its at.

My personal favorite is Sonny Bryans on Inwood! Best BBQ hands down, cant believe it hasnt been mentioned yet
